RelayAI connects WhatsApp to an AI engineering workspace. A message becomes a structured coding task with its own Git worktree, branch, persisted Codex session, event history, and validation record. Questions and results return to the original conversation so the workflow stays natural from a phone.

I built the product as a production-oriented system rather than a chatbot demo: signed webhooks, durable jobs, role-aware access, isolated validation, explicit approval paths, and an operations dashboard all work together to keep automation observable and controlled.
